My name is Jessie McAuley. I am a outdoor  adventure photographer and athlete from Squamish, BC. My parents introduced me to the outdoors before I can even remember. This has profoundly shaped who I am and how I view the world. My interest in photography grew by having access to my mom’s point and shoot camera. You will now rarely see me without my mirrorless camera in hand on any excursions. Photos are a strong visual medium that can deeply change people's perspectives. In the future I aspire to see my images do just that. Through the act of adventure photography, film and writing, I would like to bring awareness of the impacts of climate change.
